Davis has contributed to the North Florida community in many ways other than his service as an elected official.
Davis is currently on the Board of Directors of Prisoners of Christ, The Florida Theater, and the Jacksonville First Tee.
He is also Captain of the Honorable Company of Red Coats, and past vice chairman of the Player’s Championship which has contributed over $10 million to local charities.
Davis is a decorated Korean War Veteran.
