2. Company name in your Internet address;
3. All initial website design & programming, including text, graphics, sound, and forms; many advanced features included;
4. Hosting on T-3 connected Unix server;
5. Listing site with top 10 search engines;
6. Traffic reports provided on domains;
7. Home page counter.

There are only a few limitations and requirements pertaining to our all-inclusive packages:

• Client must provide all text content in electronic format;
• Phoenix Design Concepts, Inc reserves the right to place a discreet credit/link to its site on all home pages;
• Phoenix Design Concepts, Inc retains the copyright to all work for one year at which time all rights revert to client;
• Client is responsible for InterNIC fees;
• All CGI, or JavaScript programming is extra EXCEPT JavaScripted rollover buttons.
• Client is responsible for providing design instruction prior to work. One round of changes are permitted, further changes will be billed at $75/hr.
